Enquiry and Contact

Begin by reaching out to us, expressing your interest in our nursery. You can do this through our website or by email. Let us know about your childcare needs and any specific requirements you may have.

Discussing Childcare Needs

Ifrah or Aeda, our caring founders, will take the time to understand your unique childcare needs. They will listen attentively, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Together, you'll discuss available days and times that suit your schedule.

Confirming Availability

After discussing your needs, we'll confirm the availability of the desired day and time that best fits your requirements.

Booking An Appointment

Once availability is confirmed, we'll schedule an appointment for a tour of our nursery. Appointments are typically set at 4:30pm daily, during our quieter hours, to provide you with a focused and enjoyable visit.

Guided Tour and Q&A

During your visit, we'll warmly welcome you and guide you through our wonderful nursery setting. You'll have the opportunity to see the facilities, meet our dedicated team, and ask any questions you may have regarding our programmes, policies, or anything else of interest.

Finalising Enrolment

If you feel that our nursery is the right fit for your child, we'll assist you with the necessary paperwork and finalize the enrolment process. We'll ensure that all your queries are addressed and that you're comfortable and well-informed before proceeding.

Welcoming Your Child

After completing the enrolment process, we'll eagerly welcome your child into our nursery, ready to provide them with a loving, nurturing, and enriching environment.
